Women in Exercise Class
Do you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes? If you do, you may be at risk for developing heart disease. This class will help you understand how making small changes can help reduce those risks.

In this class you will learn:

  • common heart conditions
  • how to reduce risk factors
  • heart healthy eating tips
  • strategies for weight control and managing stress
  • overall tips for living a heart healthy lifestyle

Directions: This 38-minute class is recorded for your convenience.

  2. The Class Resources can be downloaded to your computer, viewed online and/or printed. We recommend having the slides and handouts open or printed so you can take notes and complete activities during the class presentation.

Do More to Improve Your Health

If you would like individualized education and support, you may request to be in our Chronic Care/Disease Management program, which provides individual coaching for certain health conditions.
