Preparing to Quit Tobacco

Woman Breaking a Cigarette in Half
Before you make the decision to quit using tobacco, start by looking at your reasons for wanting to quit. First, remember this decision is one only YOU can make. There may be other people who want you to quit, but you need to make the choice and commitment to actually do it for yourself.

This class focuses on the most current techniques and medications to assist you with quitting tobacco successfully.
