The Basics of Depression Management

Do you experience low energy, sadness, lack of motivation, or difficulty with sleep? These may be symptoms of depression. This class teaches what depression is and what steps you can take to manage your symptoms and improve your well-being.


In this class you will learn:

  • depression symptoms, causes and conditions
  • how to get help, support and resources
  • how to manage your depression
  • coping skills to help implement positive change
  • how to maintain wellness in the future
  • how to set achievable and measurable goals
